"Hope Through Hoops"
In the summer of 2007 I attended the funeral of Eric Campos, a close high school friend, who was killed in a senseless act of violence. The tragedy opened my eyes to the changing times of today's world and I struggled as I tried to figure out how I could make a difference. I then remembered all the times that Eric and I would play basketball and decided to start Baskets 4 Hope in his memory.
